Abstract

|
There is no acceptable evidence, either in this presentation or of the literature, that the patterns of occurance of multiple primary malignant neoplasms of different organs of tissues, This is a case proven by Gastroendoscopic biopsy which
revealed the
squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus and the adenocarcinoma of the stomach. We report this case with review of literatures about the history, criteria, incidence, site relationship, age distribution, heredity immunity and susceptibility of
the
primary malignant tumor.
